5. Content Monitoring and Legal Compliance
5.1 PrivateMedia Storage reserves the right to monitor all stored content for compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.
5.2 Administrative Access: Designated system administrators ("Admin Users") maintain supervisory access to all user accounts and stored media for the following purposes:
- Legal compliance and regulatory requirements
- Investigation of suspected Terms of Service violations
- Response to valid legal requests (court orders, subpoenas)
- System maintenance and security monitoring
- Prevention of illegal activities including but not limited to child exploitation materials, terrorism-related content, or other criminal material
5.3 Moderation Policy: All user content is subject to review by Admin Users. Content violating our Acceptable Use Policy may be removed without notice.
5.4 Law Enforcement Cooperation: We will cooperate with law enforcement agencies and provide access to user content when legally required to do so.
5.5 By using this service, you acknowledge and consent to this administrative access and content monitoring.
6. Prohibited Content
You may not upload content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms without prior notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
PrivateMedia Storage is not liable for any loss or corruption of your data, or unauthorized access to your account.
